The purpose of the Alleman Booster Club is to enhance the Alleman Catholic High School student experience by fundraising and providing support services for the athletic programs. The Alleman Booster Club hosts fundraising events, manages and distributes the funds, promotes attendance and spirit at athletic events, provides volunteer assistance at home sporting events, and advocates for Alleman Athletics in the community. Please consider joining the Booster Club this year!

Objectives of the Booster Club:

• Fundraising to provide supplemental financial support for the athletic programs.

• Build and foster a supportive AHS community and a positive student experience.

• Provide volunteers.
  

Supplemental financial support:

• Five years prior to COVID providing well over $30,000 in support to the athletic department

• Past Fiscal Year: 2021-2022 - bounced back from COVID and contributed $26,000

• Generous supporters agreed to provide matching funds to the booster club if we were able to contribute $25,000; Earned match in 2022-2023 and used the $25,000 toward new wrestling practice mats

• For FY2022-2023, we raised greater than $33,300 and earned the matching donation and contributed $35,000 to the athletic department above the matching donation

• We are very focused on earning the matching fund goal and contributing more than $35,000 to the Athletic Department in 2023-2024

The Alleman Booster Club is always looking for parents and Alleman friends to volunteer at a variety of sporting events throughout the year! To get involved please contact Marlene Wetherell (309) 786-7793, ext 408. Some ways to get involved include:

• Attend monthly meetings

• Attend sporting events and utilize concessions

• Participate in Booster Club fundraisers and social events
